Basic terms and conditions
If you're just enquiring about an item, send us an email. If you definitely wanna buy the item, send us an order form.
When you don't reply after sending in your order form, you will be blacklisted. That means I will deleted your email from my contacts list and also ignore your future emails if there are. (For serious cases such as : If you send us an order form, I reply with the total and banking details, you reply you will bank in soon and few days later I receive no replies, blacklisted)
The colours of the items we sell might not be the exact colour. But worry not, we will state if it is different.
Exchanges are allowed depending on availability of the item. Exchanges can only be done through COD. That means, only my customers from KL can get exchanges. Sorry girls from other states!
If I fail to check your item thoroughly and ending up selling you a defected item, please snap a picture of the defected area and send it to me ASAP or within 24 hours upon receiving your parcel. Either wise, I'm sorry. No refunds.
Reservations
Basic and normal reservation period is 2 days only.
Based on experience for reserving several items for customers who need a week or two to bank in, we DO NOT allow reservations for that long anymore. 2 days maximum.
Items' status will only be changed to 'Reserved' once customer gives us confirmation that she is going to purchase it. Either wise, item will be still 'Available' to other customers.

We have two bank accounts : Maybank and CIMB
